Terms and Conditions of getting a tattoo by Kazisvet
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. No exceptions will be made, even with parental consent.
Identification: You must bring a valid photo ID with you to your appointment.
Health and Safety: Your health and safety are our priority. Please inform your artist if you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication that could affect your ability to receive a tattoo. The artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions, infections, or other complications resulting from the tattoo. The client assumes full responsibility for their own health and safety.
Consent: By confirming the “Terms and Conditions” and booking an appointment with us you are giving consent, acknowledging that you understand the risks involved with getting a tattoo, including the possibility of infection, allergic reactions, and other complications.
Hygiene: We adhere to strict hygiene standards and use single-use needles, tubes, and other equipment. We also use disposable gloves and protective barriers on all surfaces.
Aftercare: Proper aftercare is crucial to the healing process of your tattoo. You will be given detailed instructions on how to care for your new tattoo, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours notice. If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not give sufficient notice, your booking will forfeit.
Pricing: Our pricing is based on the size and complexity of the tattoo. We can provide you with a quote prior to beginning the tattoo, and any changes to the design or size may affect the final price.
